Our Enrollment Process For New Families
We welcome families to begin their journey with a personal tour and a meeting with our principal. Incoming Kindergarten–Grade 6 students participate in a readiness or academic screening during their shadow day. Parents complete an application, and once accepted, enrollment is finalized online.

We have a three part enrollment process for our new families.
Step 1: Inquire/Visit
We are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family in person. Exploring our school is as simple as scheduling a tour with us – just a few clicks away! Click Inquiry below.
Step 2: Application
Following your tour and meeting with our principal, you will receive an email with a link to complete the online application.
The following documents will need to be uploaded through our online registration portal called FACTS:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if baptized)
- Current immunization record
- Any evaluation records, including IEP, 504 plans, or learning plans
Step 3: Enrollment
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with a decision listing the next steps. Upon acceptance to SFSS, we will provide you with a link to complete an enrollment and tuition agreement. We will gladly assist you with creating your school account and FACTS billing account. Soon after, we will contact you with details about class supply lists and opportunities to get to know the teachers, staff, and other families.
Completion of "ENROLLMENT" is the final step in becoming a member of our St. Francis - St. Stephen Catholic School family!
