Families may apply for financial aid. Financial aid is only available for students in Kindergarten to grade 6. Most financial aid options are applied through the FACTS Management System. Please apply by April 20th.

Building a Brighter Future Scholarship
This scholarship is provided through the Catholic School Department.

Kremer Foundation Scholarship
This scholarship is given to families on income. To apply for this, please upload your last two years of federal income tax forms into the FACTS Management system. Families are selected from those who meet the requirements and will be given an application sheet to complete.
John A. Reddington Scholarship
The Reverend John A. Reddington Scholarship Fund was established under the Will of Reverend John A. Reddington to provide for Catholic education at any level and for college education (non-denominational) for residents of the Diocese of Rochester. A scholarship committee exists to review all applications and to select individuals to receive scholarship grants.
Scholarships applicants are eligible to apply for assistance once per calendar year and there is no limit on the number of calendar/school years an applicant may apply. Scholarships are not automatically renewed each year and students must reapply annually.
The Scholarship Fund is a needs-based fund, but the student must be performing to his/her potential. Scholarships awarded are in the average range of $100 to $500 per year. The committee will only consider those applications that indicate a family's maximum yearly income of $60K or LESS and require proof of school registration of student attending.

Vitetta Scholarship
For parishioners of St. Francis and St. Clare Parish in Waterloo, NY, you are eligible for the Vitetta financial assistance of $250 sponsored by the parish.
Harry J. Touhey Tuition Assistance
Harry J. Touhey Tuition Assistance Fund was established in 2022 under the will of Harry J. Touhey. Families must apply under FACTS Management for this assistance and is given to those families who need assistance. Assistance ranges from $100 to $6,000.
Family Ambassador Program
The Diocese of Rochester encourages current families to refer a new family to enroll in our school. The referral and new family each receive $500 credit for the school year. For more information about this program and the referral form, please click here: Family Ambassador Program
Employee Discount Program
Teachers and staff who work in and send their children to our school will receive a credit. $500 for full time employees and $250 for part time employees.
