We want to especially thank all our donors who have been making Catholic education possible in Geneva.
In 2022, we were blessed with an bequeath from the estate of Harry J. Touhey totaling over $2 million dollars. We have ensured the that this donation is maintained and be available in the years to come. This bequest is being held in a trust for the exclusive use of the school and is limited to making capital improvements, providing tuition assistance, and enhancing our educational programming for the benefit of our students. Thank you Harry J. Touhey and may you rest in peace knowing you will continue to serve our Catholic school for many years to come.
Throughout the year, we have been blessed to receive donations in memory of family members, alumni, and friends of St. Francis - St. Stephen School, DeSales High School, and other Catholic schools in the Central Finger Lakes Area. We are truly grateful for these donations and would love to list all the names in memory, but this list is constantly being added to.

Grants
In 2024, we were blessed to have received the Dollar General Literacy Grant. This grant will be able to purchase educational materials to help our students grow literacy skills. To learn more about this grant, please read the attached press release.
We want to also thank all these community partners for their donations this year to various programming and events.

We want to give a big thanks to the DeSales High School Class of 1973 for their donation of $900 to our school.
The DeSales High School Class of 1973 would like to challenge all graduating classes to make a donation. If you are part of a St. Francis; St. Stephen; St. Francis-St. Stephen; St. Michael; St. Mary; St. Patrick; and/or DeSales High class, consider challenging your class to make a donation in honor of your classmates and teachers. St. Francis - St. Stephen School is proud to continue Catholic education to students in Eastern Ontario, Wayne, and Seneca Counties.
